One engineer. One conviction. That India's energy transition would be won not by a single product company, but by an integrated infrastructure group capable of building, storing, and moving clean energy at every scale.

We Didn't Set Out to Build a Solar Company. We Set Out to Build India's Energy Infrastructure.

When I completed my MS from BITS Pilani, India's renewable energy sector was at an inflection point. The technology was proven. The policy intent was there. What was missing was execution — the kind of disciplined, end-to-end delivery capability that large infrastructure projects demand. Most companies were either selling products or doing single-project EPC. Nobody was thinking at the system level.

That gap is what Adhiraj Group was built to fill. We started with solar because it was the most immediate need — farmers losing money on diesel pumps, industries paying peak tariffs, government schemes like PM Kusum sitting underutilised because the implementation machinery wasn't in place. We built that machinery.

"The hardest part of India's energy transition isn't the solar panel — it's the last mile. The DISCOM approval, the land documentation, the grid connection, the financing. We built Adhiraj to own that last mile completely."

What surprised us as we grew was how naturally the verticals connected. A C&I client building a solar rooftop also needed battery storage to cut peak demand charges. A fleet operator putting up EV chargers also needed solar to power them. A farmer with a PM Kusum plant was asking whether we could electrify his storage cold chain too. The integrated conglomerate model wasn't a business decision — it was what our clients needed.

Today, Adhiraj Group operates across Solar EPC, Battery Energy Storage, EV Charging Infrastructure, and PM Kusum implementation. Each vertical shares the same engineering rigour, the same project management standards, and the same commitment to commissioning on time and on spec. That consistency is what I am most proud of.

India will add more energy infrastructure in the next decade than it has in the last fifty years. We intend to build a meaningful share of it — not as a vendor, but as a long-term infrastructure partner to every client we work with.

India doesn't need more solar vendors. It needs infrastructure builders who can engineer, finance, and operate clean energy assets for the next twenty-five years.

What We Stand For

Four Principles We Have Never Compromised On

These are not values on a wall. They are the operating decisions we make every day on every project.

01

Execution Over Ambition

Grand visions are common in the energy sector. What is rare is the operational rigour to deliver on time, on spec, and on budget. We measure ourselves by commissioning dates, not pitch decks.

02

Client Success Is the Only Metric

A solar plant that underperforms is not a success even if we got paid for it. We stay engaged through O&M because we know our work only proves itself over twenty-five years of generation, not at ribbon-cutting.

03

Integrated Thinking

We never build a solar plant without asking whether storage makes it better. We never plan an EV charging hub without examining the renewable supply. Every asset we build is designed as part of a system, not in isolation.

04

Rural India Is Not an Afterthought

Our most consequential work happens in districts that most EPC companies don't visit. PM Kusum, agricultural pump solarisation, rural EV infrastructure — these are not CSR activities. They are the core of our business.

The Adhiraj Story

From a Single Idea to a Clean Energy Conglomerate

2018
Year One
Founded with a Solar-First Mandate
Adhiraj Group was incorporated by Jitender Singh — MS from BITS Pilani — with a single focus: building best-in-class solar EPC capability for the Indian market, starting with agricultural and C&I segments.
2020
Scale-Up
Crossing 100 MW — PM Kusum Vertical Launched
With PM Kusum scheme notification in 2019, Adhiraj recognised the implementation gap and built a dedicated team to navigate DISCOM procedures, subsidy filing, and rural financing — becoming one of the earliest EPC partners active at scale under the scheme.
2021
Expansion
BESS Division Established
Recognising that solar generation alone couldn't address grid reliability needs, Adhiraj launched its Battery Energy Storage vertical — targeting behind-the-meter industrial storage and grid-scale BESS projects. The integrated solar-plus-storage offering was a natural extension of existing client relationships.
2023
Third Vertical
EV Charging Infrastructure — Adhiraj's Third Pillar
As EV adoption accelerated, Adhiraj entered EV charging infrastructure with DC fast chargers for highways and fleet operators, and AC destination chargers for commercial establishments — completing the full clean energy value chain: generate, store, and move.
Now
Present
India's Integrated Clean Energy Conglomerate
Adhiraj Group operates across four interconnected verticals — Solar EPC, BESS, EV Infrastructure, and PM Kusum — in 19+ states, with a team of 200+ professionals and a portfolio spanning MW to GW scale projects. The work ahead is the biggest chapter yet.
